A former car yard, this site situated on Ferry Road, Southport, lent itself to huge potential for development. Assisting our client from feasibility through to town planning submission, the proposed redevelopment comprises three levels of basement parking and a fifteen storey mixed commercial and multi-residential tower on the site. Located in the “Southport Priority Development Area” encouraging growth in this zone, the council was very supportive of a mixed-use development of this scale and endorsed this design favourably.
