Dental on Clarendon

Dental Clinic – Refurbishment

A historic pub on the bustling Clarendon Street in South Melbourne, was formally converted in the 60’s into offices. Our client tasked us to refurbish this dreary rear addition into vivid dental consulting rooms. The original facade of the building was carefully restored, with the front portion converted into a vibrant and welcoming reception and waiting room for the dental practice.

The former basement barrel storage transitioned into tranquil staff spaces, with the addition of natural light through skylights where original barrel doors were located on the footpath adjacent.

“Over the years we have received countless positive feedback from patients and staff about the look ,feel and atmosphere of our dental practice.”

“David managed the entire project from the working drawings and plans, council approvals, engineering reports through to the completed construction of the dental practice. David also managed the conversion of my old dental practice site back to a double storey residence.”
